Add a member

Create the member, their first plan and bill in one go, and hand over their login.

  1. Members, then Add member (or Dashboard, Add Member).
  2. Enter the name, phone and date of birth. Under 18? Add the parent or guardian and tick that they signed the form.
  3. Pick the plan and the start date. Record the payment now, or leave it owing.
  4. Save. Print or share the slip: it has the member number and a first password.

Someone who enquired first? Open Enquiries and use Make member: the form fills in and the enquiry closes as joined.
