Enquiries, free trials and follow-ups
Keep every walk-in and call, give a trial, call back on time, and turn them into members.
- Enquiries, New enquiry: name, phone, how they came, the plan they asked about, when to call back. Give a free trial if you like.
- Each day, To follow up lists the calls due. Log a call with what was said and the next date.
- When they join: Make member. The Add member form fills in and the enquiry closes as joined.
Switch on your public page (Settings, Profile) and enquiries from it arrive here by themselves.
