Record a payment

Take money against a member's bill and give a receipt.

  1. Invoices & Payments, open the bill, then Record Payment (or on the member's page, Plan & Dues).
  2. Enter the amount and how they paid. A part payment is fine: the rest stays owing.
  3. Save. The receipt is ready to download or share; the member gets it in the app.

Paid by UPI from the member app? It waits under Invoices & Payments, Payments to confirm: tap Money arrived.
