Members' data: requests, consent, erasure
Answer members' requests within 30 days, record consent, keep data only as long as needed, and download your data.
- Settings, Security, Data protection: members' requests for a copy, a correction or erasure, each with a 30-day clock.
- A copy: press Their data, give the member the file, then Done. A correction: Edit member, then Done. Erasure finishes by itself after 30 days.
- A member who asks at the desk: Log a request. Only the owner can start an erasure.
- Privacy notice: members agree in the app; for others, Print the notice, have it signed, then They signed it.
- Keeping data: choose when to be offered to erase ex-members (12, 24 or 36 months). Members who owe money are kept.
- If data leaks: follow the steps and press Tell WeTrackFit now. Audit trail: download any period (owner).
- Settings, Integrations, Download all your data (owner): members, bills, payments, staff, attendance.
- A member downloads their data, asks for a correction, or deletes their account in the app: Profile.
