Add staff and choose what they can do
Invite managers, receptionists and trainers, each with the right access.
- Staff, Add staff: name, role and branch. Invite them by email to set their own password.
- A receptionist can add members and take payments; only a manager or the owner refunds, voids or sees Finance.
- Trainers see their own members, plans and classes in the trainer app.
