Renew a membership or change the plan
Renew when a plan ends, or move a member to a different plan.
- Dashboard, Renewal Queue lists plans ending soon. Or open the member, then Plan & Dues.
- Renew: pick the plan and start date. A bill is made.
- Change plan: pick the new plan. What's left on the old one is credited against the new bill.
