Your business data is yours.
WeTrackFit is the landlord of the platform. You are the building owner. We provide the infrastructure, you run your business. We deliberately limit what the Project Admin can see about your tenant — because trust is the only thing that makes multi-tenant SaaS work.
What we CAN see
- ·Tenant profile (name, owner contact, address, plan)
- ·Active member count (number only — not names)
- ·Subscription billing status (paid / overdue)
- ·Tickets and suggestions you submit to us
- ·Storage and bandwidth usage
What we CANNOT see
- ·Individual member names, photos, phone numbers
- ·Member payment history or card details
- ·Tenant revenue or expense ledger
- ·Trainer payroll or salary figures
- ·Exercise plans, diet plans, or workout content
- ·Any business analytics — those are yours
Built for India's DPDP Act 2023. Data is encrypted in transit and stored in India. Sensitive actions, yours and ours, are recorded in an audit log that gym accounts cannot edit or delete. You can export your data at any time, and a member's personal data is erased 30 days after they delete their account.
